Individually or in groups, sleeping or conversing, they are fascinating to watch.

Although it was a developed area full of human activity, that did not stop these sea lions from "doing their thing". It was very enjoyable to observe so close. The shore birds didn't seem to mind either.

 

Kaapicat revisited

We gave this place another try and it was better. There's no question that it's a good space that gets lots of light in the winter when the sun is low in the southern sky.
