Houghton promenade


Houghton had a nice promenade running along the Keweenaw Waterway. Maybe it was the weather, but on the whole this town felt cheerier than Marquette.

    It may have been the weather, yes, but it did seem so. I will always associate this promenade with the phone call that took place there about the two Houghtons and clearing up the confusion.
