I've said it before and I'll say it again: Grape-Nuts is the best mainstream American cereal - no added sugar or color, not even genetic modification. Not one of those fad cereals from our childhood (with dyes dissolving into the milk), but a cereal designed to last decades, even centuries. Created in 1897 by C.W. Post (whose daughter Marjorie Merriweather Post had a home across the road from my elementary school that was then a college called C.W. Post).
And there are some that say it is similar to kitty litter??
