Sometimes you're too busy eating and enjoying the food, and preoccupied with other factors such as heat, headache, hygiene and distractions emanating from outside the restaurant to photograph the food before it's finished. This seemed to be the case at Indian Rasoi where dinner was Shahi Paneer and Samosa Chaat.
