khao soi

Thai food lovers: I can definitely recommend something called khao soi, a creamy coconut curry from northern Thailand that I've only seen a few times, but has been consistently delicious. Maybe it's not new to American menus, but it's new to me.

    Your khao soi looks divine. My dish, on the other hand, looks disgusting! (it did TASTE better than it looked, thankfully).
