Scorpion Ranch

Just beyond the beach lie some lovely remains from the glory days of sheep ranching on Santa Cruz Island. Today the ranch is a picnic area filled with free-roaming island foxes.

    Apparently the house is still owned by the family that sold the land to the National Park Service and they visit and stay there from time to time.
