Heading home we took an overlooked stretch of Highway 1 that goes through Guadelupe - a tiny agricultural backwater. That made lunch at Plenty on Bell in Los Alamos a good option. I was dreaming of their sweet potato croquettes, which sadly they ran out of, so an Impossible Burger had to fill the void. On a bright note, this was the first time we ate outside.
