This was the day I had an epiphany about Pad See Ew - which roughly translates to "stir fried soy sauce noodles". The epiphany was that it is absolutely something I like, featuring big noodles, broccoli, carrots and salty flavor. I especially like it in the capable hands of Moons Thai, who knows how to make these ingredients sing.
It was good. But I seem to remember having it a long time ago where I really loved it. I haven’t had it that quality since.
