pomelo

Pomelo, Citrus maxima, is a pretty dang delicious tasting fruit - smooth, aromatic, perfumed, if you can imagine such a thing. Huge, spongy rind that feels like a cross between cotton and rubber. The one seen here dwarfs the grapefruit next to it.
