Sometimes you stay at an AirBnB in Santa Barbara and they have a copy of When the Killing's Done by T.C. Boyle and it is the right opportunity to start reading that book. Months later, when you finish the book, you are grateful for this opportunity because it turns out to be a very good, very interesting book.
