Not surprisingly the first-rate Chrysalis Inn has a first-rate restaurant: Keenan's at the Pier. The drink menu featured shrubs (above), interesting non-alcoholic cocktails that seem to be popular in Washington state. In fact it was at the Rosario on Orcas Island that we first learned about them.
