Evidently a new regional coffee chain in Washington state - just as Starbucks was at one time - is Woods Coffee. This particular Woods Coffee is perfectly perched on Bellingham Bay in Boulevard Park. The result is a fabulous fusion of culture and nature - the kind that is so prevalent in Europe but that you don't always see in the U.S. - with many notable exceptions, this being one of them. We had the pleasure of sipping our coffee drinks on the veranda surrounded by fresh air and a view of the bay.
The experience was absolutely lovely.
