Fisherman's Wharf Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard. We went to see a show at the Elite Theatre on a gloomy Sunday afternoon and this is how it looked. At bottom, the ruins of a restaurant I never got to know.
The interior of that restaurant looks VERY old and tired (and abandoned), but the location is so great. How could this place be vacant for so long? How could this entire area be left to fall into such disrepair? As they say…it’s all about location, location, location.
