art in the park

This was something different: paintings set up throughout King's Navy Yard Park in sturdy metal frames. Could these be real paintings? Wouldn't the weather do a number on them? Close inspection suggested that they were some sort of weather-proof reproduction. We even found some outside the park, in the downtown (bottom photo).
