After an afternoon at Panther Beach we found this Greek restaurant in Santa Cruz proper called Vasili's that served saganaki, without question the most flaming cheese I have ever had.
I passed up having some of that today. Even though it is definitely good stuff, I think I made the right choice in choosing fish instead. At least for today. Although now I am craving this cheese in a very big way!
