We had this idea that a Chinese restaurant in posh Montecito would likely be above average. It was. A highlight for me was the crispy shitake mushrooms (below). The specially requested kung poa faux vegetarian "chicken" with added broccoli wasn't bad either.
Nice color scheme too.
