beyond Flagstaff


I had meant to get a picture of Sunset Crater, but it was too late. What I noticed instead was that the whole area just beyond Flagstaff and the San Francisco Peaks is studded with volcanic cones and craters.

    How have you not noticed that before? You must have been nodding off (as you are frequently known to do while on the train).
