Not to be confused with the Thomas Cousins Salon. It took us a long time to finally check out this Paso Robles restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was interesting and above all very healthy. Yes the gazpacho was peculiar, but I left the premises feeling rejuvenated.
And we had that part of the restaurant all to ourselves. I, too, felt it was an especially healthy lunch.
