Also in Biloxi - the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, designed by "starchitect" Frank Gehry in 2004 but not opened till 2010 due to Hurricane Katrina, and the Golden Nugget casino. Prior to Katrina many Biloxi casinos had been offshore barges, but the 2005 mega-storm blew one of the barges onto Gehry's semi-constructed art museum. I was not aware of the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum before that day.
