Continuing with the "mixologist with small plates" theme, we fared a little better at Model Citizen in downtown Ventura. Decent and reasonably priced mocktails, strange but mostly wholesome food (we had halibut, cucumbers, carrots and a side of fries).
It got two thumbs up in my book (if my memory is correct).
