One thing we learned while visiting the Navajo Nation is that the hogan (seen on left) is the favored dwelling of the Navajos. We saw many different styles of hogans built out of different materials (wood, stone, etc.) but the general form of them is the same.
They are both quite nice. I think I would prefer the hogan, however, due to more head room along the sides.
