The morning brought sun, and with that the color of the hotel seemed to shift from off-white to white. By an incredible coincidence, the property changed hands on the very day we first set foot on it. I learned that the new owner was planning to paint it pink, which didn't agree with me at first, but then was told that the hotel was originally pink, so I guess there's some history behind that decision.
I hope it not a garish pink. I hope they get it right.
