I forgot that dark roast used to be my brew of choice. This Christmas present reminded me of that. In recent years I've switched to Kona blends because you can't beat that sort of smoothness. Nevertheless this Austin, TX-based roaster delivers its own kind of smoothness that I can recommend.
I like the bi-line: dark and handsome. đ
