There were two points of interest in Beaver, UT - where we stopped for lunch. The first was a horse pasture right next to a gas station where we stopped. The horses seemed more popular than the gas pumps. The lunch restaurant - Crazy Cow Café - was probably as good a place as we would find in rural, central Utah. We learned from the waitress that "fry sauce" is a locally popular sauce to dip your fries in, or add to your sandwich. Who knew?
If memory serves me, the fry sauce seems to basically be a concoction of ketchup and Mayo and in the case if this restaurant, the added “secret ingredient” of a little pickle juice.
