After the bison jam we were blessed with another amazing wildlife sighting, a Yellowstone red fox. At first I wondered if it was a wolf, but Mrs. assured me it was a coyote. The markings were so distinctive though that it didn't surprise me later when I learned it was a fox. Not just any old fox, but a local species that is unusually large and happy looking.
Happiest dang fox I’ve ever seen. Handsome, too.
