The highlight of Idaho Falls, which otherwise struck us as a touch dismal, was this Japanese Friendship Garden in the center of town on the Snake River by the falls. Perhaps if the sun was out and the traffic wasn't so crazy and we had found a decent place to have lunch, we would have had a better impression.
Yes, if all those things had happened then not only Idaho Falls, but the entire state of Idaho may have fared better in my “Yelp review”.
