It was a long drive from Natchez, MS to College Station, TX but mostly pleasant countryside. Upon our arrival at the big college town - home of Texas A & M - we had a late lunch ("lupper") at CAVA, the successor of the restaurant chain that used to be known as Zoe's Kitchen. It was good, healthy, casual Mediterranean fare; your meal is customized on the model of Chipotle.
I was happy we ate there, especially after learning about the chain so recently and hoping to try it out on our road trip.
