downtown Natchez, part 2

When we arrived in Natchez there were very interesting low clouds (above); then after lunch the sky cleared completely (below). This is only one way in which the town proved multi-dimensional. Among the obvious influences on the place are New Orleans and the culture of the Mississippi River.
