We tested the theory that if this local chain was good in Mount Shasta, it would probably also be good here in Redding. Actually I think this is the original location. The coffee was every bit as good and the space was abundant, consisting of multiple large rooms. I believe this is also their roastery. At one point we both fell asleep.
Thank goodness for your blogs. Otherwise I would have totally forgotten I’d fallen asleep. Or that we both did, for that matter.
