On a whim I decided to try something different: craft cider. The taste was amazing: the exact point where beer and white wine meet, but somehow better than either of those. I have tried other craft ciders since then, but none has matched the quality of this Incline "hopped" cider wherein the sweetness and dryness are in perfect balance. The idyllic setting didn't hurt either.
As someone who likes neither wine nor beer, I give this drink two thumbs up.
