It was quite an accomplishment because we did what we weren't sure could be done: a decent lunch in Palmdale, CA. We liked BJ's when we lived in Salinas, so it was a nice side trip down memory lane. Life Lesson: "blended drinks" are dangerous, even in very hot climates.
Yes, brain freeze isn’t the only danger of a blended drink. Other areas are at risk of being severely affected. I still order them though. As they say, “small price to pay for paradise”.
