Right as the sunset was ending a frightening squall crept over the Inyo Mountains directly east of our motel and gave us a second memorable show - this time consisting of a panorama of thunder and lightening, apocalyptically gray clouds, and finally rain for much of the night.
It was very exiting! Quite the show!
