What a great way to kick off a desert road trip. It wasn't clear if we would ever experience La Copine, despite having driven past it a dozen times, but Mrs. had an inspired notion and the timing was perfect for their "busy but not too busy" Sunday lunch.
The stars were definitely lined up that day, thank goodness!! ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️
