In the same day that we saw the world's shortest river, we stopped at the world's smallest harbor. The famous boat scene in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" was filmed here. It's also considered Oregon's premier whale-watching spot and has a whale watching center right on its promenade (bottom photo).
