An interesting discovery at Terraza was queso fundido, basically a variation of cheese fondue. I did some research and indeed while the origins of fondue are Swiss, both Spain and Mexico have come up with their own versions of it. This one used Mexican Manchego and hard flour tortillas. It was good comfort food on a chilly night. And yes, the other thing in the photo is deviled eggs with shrimp.

Unusual but good, both.
