The California Zephyr was a tough act to follow in terms of scenery. One of the scenic highlights of the City of New Orleans train that runs between Chicago and New Orleans is the menu above. Otherwise there are lots of scenes like the one the below. Another distinction: it is among the bumpiest rides Amtrak has to offer.
