Sometimes you look up the location of the
Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio and learn that
Oak Park, IL is
also the birthplace of
Ernest Hemingway. That's quite a lot of history for one small town that I was barely aware of! When you get there you learn that not only is there a
Hemingway house, but an entire
Hemingway District.
It was a splendid surprise.
