Definitely more Europe than New York. Sort of a heavy, gray, stone version of the New Orleans French Quarter? From top to bottom: the Basilique Notre-Dame (cathedral), Seminaire de Saint-Sulpice (seminary), Marché (market), and Hôtel de ville (city hall).
