Then there is Point Pinos where the waves are at their biggest and most turbulent, and the sea otters still seem to love frolicking in them. There's a pair of them in these photos that you can track swimming in the foam if you look very carefully. (If tracking distant black dots and dashes is not your thing, you are excused).
