Another culinary highlight was Superior Bathhouse Brewery, situated in the old Superior Bathhouse. Not only is this an innovative reuse and renovation of one of Bathhouse Row's old bathhouses (with a pleasing and clever design), and not only is this (per their website) "the first brewery in a U.S. National Park and the world's first to utilize the thermal spring water as our main ingredient", but they also serve some of the best tomato bisque that we have ever spooned into our gullets.
It'd be great if we could have some soup delivered.
