The rest of the story: if you look very closely at the photo above you will see the antelope of Antelope Island. That was nice. Then, when we got to the Buffalo Point Trailhead, an unpleasant surprise: tiny biting gnats, everywhere. In our hair, all over our hats. Really it was so bad that we just decided to call it a day. The scenery was great though, and the pictures live on.
Those dang gnats! Grrrrrr
