Mississippi River bluffs, part 2

We pretty much strolled along the top of the bluffs but took note that there was a whole other world on the levels below with trails and restaurants and at least one casino. In the old days this was called the "under-the-hill" district and was a haven for the less respectable elements of society (drunks, drifters, gamblers, pirates, prostitutes etc).
