This retro-turned-boutique hotel in Pensacola Beach had pros and cons. Pros: location was excellent, the pool and kayak options were nice, and the sign was great. Cons: breakfast did not knock our socks off, the bathroom was awkwardly small, and is a surfboard on the wall really more important than a functioning closet with coat hangers?
Oh jeeez. I had forgotten about the lack of a functioning closet. I read other previous complaints about that in reviews (after or possibly during, our stay) so they were apparently aware of the problem.
