A drink recommended by the waitress - the "Gibson Breeze" - was one of the best and most memorable drinks of the entire trip. Otherwise we had a light healthy dinner consisting of caesar salads. A glimpse at the inn's historic interior was well worth the price of admission.
The drink was great, the place was great. The Gibson Inn (and its bar and restaurant) are an anchor for the town, in my opinion.
