The long drive to Ajo, AZ wasn't so much a problem as arriving in the small town at sunset and trying to find the Sonoran Desert Inn and Conference Center. Or rather, finding where to park. The inn wasn't exactly where I thought it would be (on the square) and the GPS was, well, wrong. Thanks to the help of a kind dog walker we were able to find parking and our room at this unfamiliar and unusual property.
It was a very confusing end of the day.
