Either a new concept for me, or an old one that I forgot. In any case, a good concept from the point of view of shoreline ecology. What the sign says, in one sentence: beach wrack free of trash is part of the natural beach ecology and full of good food for shorebirds.
But when it is full of those teeny tiny bugs, hopping and hovering about, ugh, I don’t like it.
