What better way to celebrate Breakfast Day than a return to our old favorite First Awakenings? But this time it was at their new location right on the Monterey / Pacific Grove line. The new space was big and busy (formerly Coco's) but the food was as delicious as ever. I will always be a fan of the "Over Lightly" and their finely seasoned potatoes. An astute observer will notice the absence of Mrs' wedding ring and speculate that she had it removed at a nearby jeweler.
Yes, the only breakfast my left ring finger has not had my wedding ring upon it since our wedding day. I was glad it was only bare for a very short time until it wore a ring again.
