In April 2016 the Mrs. and I famously stayed in Kanab, UT while visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. One night for dinner we famously ate at the Rocking V Cafe, possibly the best food in town. That time we had salmon; this time I had tofu curry. The place looked very much the way it had seven years ago. After the meal I checked out the upstairs gallery (bottom photo).
Your curry looks culinarily satisfying, possibly even delightful.
