My friend pointed out that these indentations look like faces. To me it looks like some sort of alternative Mount Rushmore with the faces space aliens. It brings to mind the ghostly weather balloon seen over Williams, AZ in 2021 (see my blog about that: the ufo).
Or a monument for people dressed up as ghosts for Halloween.
