The Beaufort Arsenal is also the Beaufort Visitor Center and the Beaufort History Museum. In the morning sun, the building itself is mesmerizing. Strange that a building dedicated to armaments should possess so much beauty. To me these walls are like Abstract Expressionism.
Glad we happened to cross paths with this building. Or perhaps P & S had mentioned it to us beforehand, as some place to check out.
